A Few Common Questions We Get Are…

  • Any employee who tracks time during the billing cycle is considered active. You do not have to delete inactive employees to avoid being charged for them. If they haven't tracked time, you won't be billed. Period.

  • Labor Sync charges you by the number of employees whose time was tracked during a billing cycle, not by the number of employees you have within the system. If you don’t track an employee during a billing cycle, your bill will automatically reflect that. As your number of active employees fluctuates, so will the number of employees you're billed for. There is a minimum of one employee per month to keep your account active.

  • Yes! You can sign up for a free all-access 14-day trial of Labor Sync. We want you to experience the full benefits of the platform from day one.

    During your free trial and after, we will provide you with online training and customer support.

  • No, you get complete use of the Labor Sync system free of charge for the first 14 days. After the trial period, you can continue using your account for only $10 a month per employee, with a minimum of one employee per month.

  • Well, we hope you don't! But we know we can't be the right fit for everyone. Canceling Labor Sync is simple. You can unsubscribe through the billing tab in your account settings. That's right - you don't even have to talk to someone.

    That being said, if you decide that you'd like to cancel your account, please give us a call to tell us why. Your honest feedback is what helps us improve. In our experience, if you've tried Labor Sync, you won't want to switch to another platform again. We want to have the chance to run through the system with you to make sure you're fully utilizing all of Labor Sync's capabilities. Some of our greatest features just get overlooked sometimes.
