A New Era for Labor Sync.

We’re guessing you noticed things looking a little… different around here.

A bit cleaner. A little brighter. A lot fresher.

At Labor Sync, our goal has always been to make things easier. We didn’t create our app because of some hypothetical, lucrative market gap we hoped to exploit.

We created Labor Sync after years of experience as small business owners managing a diverse and mobile workforce and realizing there was a way to make our jobs easier.

And once we could build that solution, sharing it with our peers made sense.

So when it became clear to us that Labor Sync could be better, that it could be easier to use and provide a better experience for the people who use it (including us!), we did what we’ve always done, what got us into this in the first place - we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

We couldn’t be more proud of the results.

Our Goal.

Labor Sync was built to make labor management easier.

Simple and reliable time tracking. Efficient GPS location monitoring. Improved job site communications. A complete package of optimized workforce management.

But these tools could only be so helpful if the delivery method didn’t quite live up to the package itself.

Confident in our product but aware something needed to be added, we explored the user experience.

After all, if customers weren’t aware of the wealth of features Labor Sync offered, how could they be expected to use them?

Our task became clear.

Improve the experience of using and interacting with Labor Sync by making it simpler, smoother, and above all… making it easier.

An Improved Logo for an Improved Labor Sync.

As we worked on improving the app, we realized we wanted a clear indicator of just how significant the changes we were making to Labor Sync would be.

What better way to clarify that than by updating the logo we’ve used for almost 13 years?

While still respecting our previous logo and its reference to connecting two vital locations - the field and the office - we refreshed it for the mobile age by making the two icons into the shape of location pins.

And it’s no coincidence that the two pins fit together to form a capsule.

At Labor Sync, we aim to encapsulate everything labor management entails. Now our logo encapsulates it as well.

Another enhancement of the new logo is its improved scalability. As you’ll find out, mobile accessibility was one of our primary focuses in improving the app. We wanted to ensure that any data the app delivered was presented in the most easily digestible manner possible. Your reports will look the same no matter what screen size you’re viewing them on.

Now we’ve got a logo that can scale to those different screen sizes just as well as our new application will.

The Future is Now.

One of our underlying mottos has always been - if there’s a better way to do something, that’s how we’ll do it.

We’ve been trying to contain our excitement at the changes we have in store for customers with the new version of Labor Sync. And now we’ve got a brand refresh that can do it justice.

Our aim is for our improved accessibility to invigorate our users to enthusiastically explore features they didn’t even know Labor Sync offered and those we’ll be introducing in the future.

We hope that our new platform and logo shine a light on our ongoing commitment to the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Our goal, as always, is to make things easier for you.
